• Hello Undertale Fandom! So I’m working on changing the look of ALL the sprites present in the files of Undertale. It’s SUPER Work-in-Progress but I’ve already made some changes to Flowey and Toriel. These are the features: FLOWEY: Interesting Features:-Sunglasses-Color. TORIEL: Interesting Features:-Cut right horn-Newly colored Clothes.
• If you’ve ever wanted to change the look of Undertale boss fights and avatars from black and white to color, you’ve come to the right place.

1. This document will detail the restrictions pertaining to mods in Undertale speedrunning.
2. --- Sprite Modification ---
3. The following is ALLOWED:
4. > Simple re-colors to *character* sprites. (Example: Changing Frisk to Chara; Making Papyrus' scarf blue).
5. > Simple re-colors to *battle* sprites. (Example: CSM)
6. The following is NOT ALLOWED:
7. > Changing the actual size of a sprite. Sprites must be identical in shape and size to the original. Sprites must have the same pixel composition. (Example: Making Frisk a pixel taller or shorter is *not* allowed)
8. > Making a sprite transparent or invisible. (Example: Making Frisk transparent while keeping the outline)
9. > Changing any tiles. (Like in the overworld map)
10. > Changing any attack sprite in battle and in the overworld. (Example: Making undyne's spears match the hitbox / Changing their color or size)
11. --- Text Modifications ---
12. > Text modifications of any form is not allowed, even if you used the same amount of characters.
13. --- Audio Modifications ---
14. The following is ALLOWED:
15. > Any audio files found outside of data.win may be replaced or edited.
16. The following is NOT ALLOWED:
17. > Editing sound or audio files inside data.win is not allowed.
18. > Completely removing an audio file is not allowed. Silencing a file but still having a file existant is also not allowed, due to confusion and verification issues.
